From 15 to 17 November 2006, Vietnam-Sweden Research Cooperation Programme held the Annual Planning Meeting in Ha noi. Participating the meeting were representatives from Ministry of Science and Technology, Sida/SAREC, Swedish Embassy, projects and sub-programmes of Vietnam-Sweden Research Cooperation Programme. The meeting was aimed at discussing 2007 Work Plans and Budgets of 13 projects and 3 Sub-programmes.
Minute of the Meeting

Following the ARM held in Stockholm in May 2006 and based on comments/suggestions/agreements of all parties concerned, the PMU has made revisions to the Manual for Programme and Project Management (rev. 2). While waiting for a formal approval of MoST and Sida/Embassy, this new version is posted on our Programme website with a view to facilitating the planning process of all projects/sub-programmes for 2007. As this document is still informal, any queries or comments should be addressed to PMU accordingly.

The Annual Review Meeting for the Vietnam-Sweden Research Cooperation 2004-2007 was held in Stockholm, Sweden on 16 - 17 May 2006. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss programme progress during 2005 including auditors report for 2005. The meeting also discussed issues of concern and neccesary preparations for the Annual Planning Meeting which to be held in November 2006.
